Job Overview
The Sales New Listing Team Leader supervises and motivates a team of specialists focused on acquiring and activating new listings. This role ensures sales productivity, team training, and conversion performance while providing escalation support and driving improvements in onboarding success and listing quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day sales tasks related to landlord acquisition and listing setup.
- Coach and support team members to achieve individual and group sales KPIs.
- Monitor listing quality, activation rates, and upsell effectiveness.
- Analyze conversion bottlenecks and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to align goals.
- Assist with reporting, training, and team development plans.
- Support communication and onboarding documentation updates.
Qualifications/ Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or Associate's Degree required; bachelor's preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or customer acquisition.
- 1+ year in a team leadership or coaching role.

- 100% remote work
- Monthly compensation: Base salary of COP $7'200.000 - $8.000.000 (USD $1,800–$2,000), plus attractive commission structure based on achievement of sales targets.
- Work Schedule: M-F 9 AM to 5:30 PM CST (Rotational Saturdays)

Important:
Our standard work shifts are 8.5 hours per day, 5 days per week, including an hour lunch break. Occasionally, you may be asked to work an additional day with the corresponding compensation. Please note that Colombian public holidays are considered regular workdays.
