Job Overview:

Furnished Finder is seeking a strategic, results-oriented Director of Sales to lead our team through its next stage of growth. This role oversees both New Listing Sales and Customer Success, with full accountability for revenue performance, department P&L, and team leadership across acquisition, retention, and account value expansion. 

Our core product is a $179 annual subscription that allows property owners to list furnished monthly housing for traveling professionals. Most customers purchase a single listing, but we are expanding capabilities to support larger B2B buyers who may purchase at scale. The sales model is inbound and marketing-driven, with a fully phone-based sales team that plays a critical role in converting leads who don’t respond to automated outreach and require education on our platform’s value. 

As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll be responsible for expanding new listings, reactivating churned landlords, and improving account growth and retention. You’ll lead a fully remote team of 55 agents, primarily based in Colombia, and own HubSpot CRM improvements, compensation planning, and the development of scalable systems that drive team performance.  

This is an ideal role for a proven sales leader with experience in high-velocity, B2C subscription environments, and a passion for operational excellence, coaching, and data-driven decision-making. This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. 
 

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Compensation 
  • Own the Sales and Customer Success P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance management, working closely with our Head of Financial Operations. 
  • Drive listing growth and customer retention across a high-velocity, inbound sales pipeline. 
  • Develop strategies for converting both individual landlords and larger multi-unit clients. 
  • Design and refine performance-based compensation models including commissions, bonuses, and other incentives, in close partnership with Finance and HR to align incentives, drive desired outcomes, and protect margins. 
Sales Operations & HubSpot Ownership 
  • Lead the design of sales processes and pipeline management in HubSpot CRM, partnering with Ops Excellence to support agent enablement. 
  • Drive improvements in workflow automation, lead routing, and data visibility for Sales and Success. 
  • Identify and implement tools that reduce friction in the sales process and accelerate conversion.
Inbound Sales Execution & Enablement 
  • Manage a fully remote, call-based team (55 agents) focused on responding to and converting inbound leads. 
  • Ensure talk tracks, rebuttals, and call handling strategies are optimized for educating skeptical or first-time customers. 
  • Track funnel drop-off points and implement solutions to boost lead-to-listing conversion. 
Customer Lifecycle Ownership 
  • Oversee the full mid- to top-tier customer lifecycle from lead engagement to reactivation and upsell, in collaboration with Marketing and Product. 
  • Support lifecycle campaigns and CS team initiatives aimed at reducing churn and improving LTV. 
  • Guide Customer Success strategies for reactivating churned landlords and maintaining key account engagement. 
Team Leadership & Development 
  • Lead, mentor, and develop two frontline managers and a team of sales and success reps. 
  • Cultivate a high-performance, high-accountability culture built on coaching, metrics, and clear communication. 
  • Identify and nurture top talent, creating structured development plans and growth pathways. 

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred. 
  • 7+ years of senior leadership experience in Sales, Revenue Operations, or Customer Success roles. 
  • Proven success managing a Sales P&L and leading B2C, subscription-based, inbound sales teams. 
  • Deep experience in compensation planning, sales operations, and high-volume team management. 
  • Advanced knowledge of HubSpot CRM (or similar), reporting tools, and sales process automation. 
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; able to influence stakeholders and drive performance. 
  • Experience managing remote, distributed teams; prior LATAM leadership experience a plus.
