Job Overview
The Lead Distribution Specialist is responsible for evaluating and assigning leads across sales and support teams based on routing logic, team capacity, and business priorities. This role ensures that every qualified lead is distributed efficiently, enhancing conversion opportunities and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor lead flow and assign leads in real-time based on routing rules and team availability.
- Ensure fair and strategic distribution of leads among agents and departments.
- Flag anomalies in lead generation volume, quality, or routing behavior.
- Track assignment results and support lead optimization efforts.
- Communicate with team leads and managers to resolve assignment conflicts.
- Maintain accurate records and support reporting efforts for lead KPIs.
- Assist with testing lead flows during platform updates or campaign launches.
- Qualifications/ Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or Associate's Degree required.
- 1+ year experience in CRM usage, sales operations, lead assignment or appointment-setting roles.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM tools is a plus.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail

- Monthly compensation of $3,840,000 COP - $4,500,000 COP, additional variable for achieving goals

Important:
Our standard work shifts are 8.5 hours per day, 5 days per week, including an hour lunch break. Occasionally, you may be asked to work an additional day with the corresponding compensation. Please note that Colombian public holidays are considered regular workdays.
